After attending my inaugural logic modeling workshop at the Foundation Center West (now Candid), an executive at St. Anthony’s engaged my services to work with key program directors in advance of upgrading the organization’s client tracking methods and technology. I coached four staff leaders to think critically about the meaningful changes in their participants that they cared most about and to articulate them in ways that could be feasibly tracked and measured.
“Eleanor is the horse whisperer of outcomes planning. Program staffers come into the room confused, suspicious, and inwardly resistant. Eleanor calms them by reshaping the discussion into language they understand and actually use. The staffers leave with an elegant set of desired outcomes that are relevant to their work.”–Alina Trowbridge, Development Officer
