This university-based legal advocacy organization was undergoing rapid growth and demands on the leadership team were becoming more complex. I served as an Executive Coach to the Center’s Deputy Director as she faced new and ongoing challenges, including managing the fundraising efforts of the growing organization with the assistance of a new Development Director.
