Eleanor’s passion for assisting nonprofits to strengthen their programs led her to professional development courses in evaluation and benchmarking from the Evaluators Institute, Rensaellerville Institute and others. Combining her strategic planning expertise with new skills, in 2007 she created a successful half-day workshop on strategic program planning and benchmarking. Participants of the first four sessions called her "a great presenter" with "lots of enthusiasm and positive energy" and said the workshop boosted their confidence in stating goals and outcomes. Eleanor offers "What Does Success Look Like?" workshops to the public at Bay Area nonprofit support centers and privately to nonprofit groups.
